How long has my computer not restarted/rebooted?
If you computer has been up for days, it would be a good time for a restart. Rule of thumb is to reboot/restart everyday if possible, if not, at least twice a week to allow the computer to recoup resources and run its updates.
Windows Computer:
Press Ctrl-Shift-Esc keys and the Task Manager will display.
If nothing is display, please click "More Details" at the bottom of the screen
Next click on the Performance tab
Look towards the bottom of the tab/windows for "Up Time"
That is how long since your computer has been running, including sleep mode (which does not count as a restart).
i.e.: The picture below shows the computer has been up for 5 days...
Mac Computer:
Press Command+SpaceBar and type "System Information" and press enter.
On the left side, select "Software"
On the right side, look for "Time since boot:" xx days xx:xx
