How to remotely access MIP or Raiser's Edge (RE)?

Orbis staff use Azure Virtual Desktop to access applications such as MIP, Raiser's Edge and Microix.

- If you have already been provisioned an application user account for MIP, Raiser's Edge, or Microix, please follow these instructions on how to access Orbis applications via Windows Virtual Desktop.

- If you have not been provisioned an application user account, please request one from the Service Catalog. Some applications require approval from the system owner before they are provisioned. Once access is granted, please reference the linked instructions above on how to connect via Windows Virtual Desktop.
